7-Day Replacement Window
We offer a 7-day replacement window for accessories found to have manufacturing defects. The item must be returned to Shop No. 1.

Product Condition
For a refund or exchange, the item must be in its "Original Condition," meaning no scratches, dents, or signs of wear, including all original plastic wraps and manuals.

Used Mobile Sales
Used mobile phones come with a 3-day checking warranty for hardware. This does not cover battery timing (which varies by usage) or screen display issues appearing after the sale.

Proof of Purchase Requirement
No refund or exchange will be entertained without a physical or digital receipt issued by Taseer Mobile & Accessories.

Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds if a customer simply changes their mind after the box has been opened or the device has been activated.

Non-Refundable Items
Tempered glass protectors (once applied), customized mobile skins, and sale-price items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Physical & Water Damage
Any item showing signs of moisture, internal burning (due to high voltage), or physical impact is automatically disqualified from any warranty or refund.

Software & Bricked Devices
We do not offer refunds for devices that have been "rooted," "jailbroken," or have had unauthorized software installed by the customer.

Restocking Fee
For high-end brand-new smartphones, a restocking fee of 10-15% may be deducted if the box is opened but the customer insists on a return for non-technical reasons.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued within 48 hours via the same method the payment was received (Cash or Mobile Transfer).
