Service Areas
We provide direct home delivery within Samanabad Town, Gulshan-e-Ravi, and areas surrounding Bund Road.

Delivery Timeline
Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Monday–Saturday) are typically delivered the same evening. Orders after 4:00 PM are dispatched the next business day.

Shipping Charges
Delivery within a 5km radius of Shafiqueabad No. 2 is free for orders above 3,000 PKR. For smaller orders or further distances, a nominal "Bike Fuel" fee will apply.

Order Verification
To prevent fraudulent orders, our team will call the provided mobile number (+92 324 9499202) to confirm the order before the rider is dispatched.

Inspection Policy
We follow an "Open Parcel" policy for local Lahore deliveries. Customers are encouraged to check the product in front of the rider before making the final payment.

Out-of-City Shipping
For customers outside Lahore, we use TCS or Leopard Couriers. Standard shipping takes 2–4 business days depending on the city.

Advance Payment
For orders outside of Lahore, a 10% advance payment via EasyPaisa/JazzCash is required to confirm the commitment, with the remaining balance as Cash on Delivery.

Packaging Standard
All electronics and accessories are packed in multi-layer bubble wrap and hard cardboard boxes to prevent transit damage.

Tracking Information
Once dispatched via courier, a tracking number and a photo of the receipt will be shared with the customer via WhatsApp or Email (muhammadtaseer288@gmail.com).

Delivery Delays
Taseer Mobile is not responsible for delays caused by strikes, weather conditions, or courier company internal issues, but we will assist in tracking the package.
