Nature of Business
Taseer Mobile & Accessories acts as a retail provider of mobile hardware and repair services. All transactions are governed by these terms.

Pricing Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy, Taseer Mobile reserves the right to cancel orders if a product was listed at an incorrect price due to rapid market changes.

Repair Liability
By leaving a device for repair, the customer acknowledges that opening a device involves risks. We are not responsible for pre-existing internal damage that becomes apparent during repair.

Warranty Claims
Shop-provided warranties are separate from Brand warranties. For items with "Company Warranty" (e.g., Vivo, Oppo), customers must contact the official service centers.

Unclaimed Repairs
Any mobile phone or accessory left for repair and not picked up within 90 days of the completion date will be sold to recover the cost of parts and labor.

Prohibited Use
Customers may not use our products for any illegal activities. We do not support or perform IMEI changing or illegal unlocking services.

Battery & Charger Usage
We are not responsible for damage caused to devices by using third-party cheap chargers not recommended by our staff.

User Conduct
We maintain a professional environment. Any harassment of staff or misuse of our contact number (+92 324 9499202) will result in a permanent service ban.

Amendment of Terms
Taseer Mobile reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The terms posted in-store at the time of purchase will apply.

Legal Jurisdiction
Any disputes that cannot be resolved through mutual negotiation shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
